Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Customized or made-to-order items may take additional 2–5 business days.

For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50-80₹ may apply

All items are packed with secure, tamper-proof, and discreet packaging to ensure the product is delivered safely and intact.
If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier company and assist you until the issue is resolved.
If a package is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address
Recipient unavailability
Refused delivery
Then the customer must bear re-shipping charges for a second attempt.

We accept returns or refunds only if:
✅ The customer provides a clear, uncut video of the delivery and unboxing process starting from the sealed package.
📦 The video must show the outer packaging, product condition, and any issues clearly visible at the time of unboxing.
🚫 No return or refund will be processed without this video proof.
The video must be recorded at the time of opening the package, not after the fact.
The video should not be edited, paused, or cut.
Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
