At Bharosa Karo, we ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy for details regarding delivery timelines, shipping charges, and more.


1. Shipping Coverage

We ship across all major cities and towns in India using trusted courier partners.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Customized or made-to-order items may take additional 2–5 business days.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 4–10 business days

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote/Outstation Areas: 6–12 business days

Please note, delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999

  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50-80₹ may apply

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) may incur an additional ₹60–₹100 COD charge, if enabled


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • tracking ID/link on your email or WhatsApp

  • Regular updates on your shipment status

You can also track your order directly from our website under “Track My Order.”


6. Packaging

All items are packed with secure, tamper-proof, and discreet packaging to ensure the product is delivered safely and intact.


7. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier company and assist you until the issue is resolved.


8. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Refused delivery

Then the customer must bear re-shipping charges for a second attempt.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

We accept returns or refunds only if:

✅ The customer provides a clear, uncut video of the delivery and unboxing process starting from the sealed package.

📦 The video must show the outer packaging, product condition, and any issues clearly visible at the time of unboxing.

🚫 No return or refund will be processed without this video proof.

Important Notes:

  • The video must be recorded at the time of opening the package, not after the fact.

  • The video should not be edited, paused, or cut.

  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
